Refunds and cancellation

1. Before your plan starts

Cancel any time before 10 pm the evening before your first meal for a full refund.

2. After your plan starts

You can cancel at any time. We refund the meals that are left, at the per-meal price of the plan you bought, minus a ₹100 processing fee.

5-day trial plans are not refundable once the first meal has been delivered, but you can still skip or pause.

3. Problems with a meal

If a meal is missing, wrong, spilled or not up to standard, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery. We will add a free meal to your plan or refund that meal, whichever you prefer.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 5–7 working days of approval. Bonus meals and plan credits have no cash value and are not refunded.
