No. On 3-week and 4-week plans you get a new taste every day: 20 different bowls before anything repeats, and the same base bowl is never served two days running. On lunch and dinner plans, lunch and dinner are always different.

Yes. Book a 3-week plan in our plan builder and you get 1 free meal; book a 4-week plan and you get 2. We add them right after your last meal. Yes, delivery inside our zone is free for every subscription, and there are no packaging charges or taxes on top.

We are closed on Ugadi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Christmas, 1 January, 26 January, 15 August and 2 October. Meals that fall on those days move to the end of your plan.

Yes, on OJAS and OJAS KETO. Message us on WhatsApp before 10 pm the evening before. Moving up, you pay the per-meal difference for the meals left. Moving down, the difference becomes credit for your next plan.

Before your first meal, you get a full refund. After that, we refund the meals left at your plan's per-meal price, minus a ₹100 processing fee. 5-day trials are not refundable once the first meal is delivered.

Numbers marked "~" are approximate. They are worked out from standard food tables and our real portions, and a single bowl can vary by about 10–15%.

By stacking several protein sources such as paneer, edamame, sprouted moong, soya, hung-curd dressings and seeds, rather than piling on more paneer.

Tell us when you order. Your allergies print on every label and we swap dishes that contain them. Our kitchen also handles nuts, peanuts, milk, egg, gluten, soy, sesame and mustard, so traces are possible.
