Delivery policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

1. Where and when

We deliver to selected pincodes around Akshayanagar, Bengaluru. Check yours on our delivery check before you order.

Lunch arrives between 12:30 and 1:30 pm and dinner between 7:30 and 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery is free for subscriptions.

2. If traffic slows us down

Bengaluru traffic can sometimes delay a delivery. If your meal is running late, we will message you on WhatsApp with an update.

3. If you are not available

Leave instructions for the rider, such as "leave with security". If the rider cannot reach you or the address is wrong, the meal counts as delivered.

4. Changing your address

Message us on WhatsApp to change your address, until 10 pm the evening before. A new address must be inside our delivery area.
