1. Who we are

meandsalads.in is run by Supriya Shivajirao Khot as a sole proprietorship trading as Me & Salads ("Me & Salads", "we", "us"), a cloud kitchen at 1st floor, opp. Govt Primary School, above Dude's & Diva's Salon, Yelenahalli, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560114.

FSSAI licence no. 11225333000112. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

You can order a plan by sending us your choices on WhatsApp, either from the plan builder on this website or by messaging us directly. Your order is confirmed when we reply with your start date and you complete the payment.

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Give us a correct name, WhatsApp number and delivery address.

3. Subscriptions and orders

NAVA, OJAS and PUSHTHI plans run on working days, Monday to Friday, for 5, 15 or 20 days. Keto plans are sold as packs of 10, 15 or 20 meals.

You choose lunch (12:30–1:30 pm) or dinner (7:30–8:30 pm) when you buy. NAVA plans can also have both. The menu rotates and we share each week's menu on WhatsApp on Sunday evening.

You can add a daily add-on (a smoothie, a craft wellness drink or a dessert jar) to a plan for the price a day shown in the plan builder: a chosen item at its menu price less any subscriber discount, or a fixed daily price if you choose a different one each day. It is delivered with your meal and moves with your plan when you skip or pause a day. Add-ons are part of the plan price and are refunded on the same terms as the meals.

If an ingredient is unavailable, we may swap a dish for one of equal or higher value with the same diet type and protein level. We will never swap in an ingredient you have told us you are allergic to.

On OJAS and OJAS KETO plans you can change your protein level for any meal that is not yet locked. If you move up, you pay the difference in per-meal price for the meals left on your plan. If you move down, the difference is added as plan credit you can use on your next plan. Plan credit has no cash value.

We do not deliver on Ugadi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Christmas, 1 January, 26 January, 15 August and 2 October. Meals that fall on those days move to the end of your plan.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and are the final amount you pay. There are no taxes or packaging charges on top, and delivery inside our delivery area is free for subscriptions.

You pay the full plan price upfront, by UPI or bank transfer, after we confirm your plan on WhatsApp. We send a payment confirmation for every payment.

Prices on Swiggy and Zomato are set for those apps and can differ from prices on this website. Launch offers are valid until the date shown on the offer.

5. Skip, pause and cancel

You can skip a day or pause your plan by messaging us on WhatsApp until 10 pm the evening before. Skipped meals move to the end of your plan.

A paused plan is kept for up to 60 days. After that, remaining meals expire unless you write to us.

Refunds for cancelled plans follow our Refunds and cancellation policy.

6. Website rewards

Website rewards apply only to plans booked through the plan builder on meandsalads.in and sent to us on WhatsApp from there. Plans booked by messaging us directly, or through Swiggy, Zomato or any other app, do not earn them.

Bonus meals: a 3-week (15-day) NAVA, OJAS or PUSHTHI plan earns 1 free meal and a 4-week (20-day) plan earns 2 free meals. Bonus meals are the same programme, food style and protein level as your plan, and we deliver them on the working days right after your last paid meal. They are added once the plan is paid in full and are lost if the plan is cancelled before it ends. 5-day trials and keto packs do not earn bonus meals.

Referrals: every customer can ask us on WhatsApp for a personal referral code. A friend who has never ordered a plan from us gets ₹100 off their first plan booked on our website when they enter your code in the plan builder. Once your friend’s plan is paid and has started, you get 1 free meal, added to your current plan or your next one. One referral discount per new customer, and you cannot use your own code.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may refuse or withdraw a reward if a code is misused, and we may change or end the rewards for future plans; any reward you have already earned stays valid.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the pincodes shown on the delivery check. Please make sure someone can receive the meal, or leave clear instructions for the rider.

If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody can be reached, the meal counts as delivered. See our Delivery policy for late or missed deliveries.

8. Allergens and nutrition

Every dish lists its allergens. Our kitchen also handles nuts, peanuts, milk, egg, gluten, soy, sesame and mustard, so traces may be present in any dish. If you have a severe allergy, talk to us before ordering.

Calories and protein shown with a "~" are approximate. They are worked out from standard food tables and real portions, and an individual bowl can vary by about 10–15%.

9. Food safety

Eat meals within 2 hours of delivery, or refrigerate them straight away and eat them the same day. Keep dressings and yogurt jars chilled.

10. Reviews and content

When you post a review or photo, you allow us to show it on our website and social media with your first name. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

11. Our content

The Me & Salads name, logo, photos, recipes and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

12. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect orders already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
